The Ministry of Industry and Technology has announced a significant step for Turkey's digital citizenship platform, e-Devlet. According to the announcement, an artificial intelligence-powered assistant will be integrated into the e-Devlet system.

One of the primary goals of this integration is to measure citizens' AI literacy and raise awareness in this field. Within the scope of Turkey's national artificial intelligence action plan, the aim is to increase investments in this technology and set an economic target of 10 billion dollars.

The AI assistant is expected to facilitate access to e-Devlet services, provide quicker responses to citizens' questions, and optimize bureaucratic processes. This move stands out as an important part of Turkey's digital transformation strategy.
