Another significant step is being taken in line with Turkey's "National Technology Initiative" vision. Batman University, in collaboration with the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK), has begun the establishment of a modern National Technology Workshop within the university campus.

This workshop, to be located within the university mosque complex, will be equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, equipment, technical gear, and consumables. The primary goal of the workshop is to increase students' interest in science and technology, enable them to develop innovative projects, enhance their prototyping capabilities, and prepare them effectively for national technology competitions. Additionally, various training and application activities will be conducted to contribute to the professional development of entrepreneurial youth, and technology teams' project processes will be supported.

This workshop will open its doors not only to Batman University students but also to all young people interested in science and technology. Thus, by increasing the technological competencies of young generations, the groundwork will be laid for cultivating Turkey's future technology leaders, playing a critical role in achieving the goals of the "National Technology Initiative."
