YÖK announced the launch of new university programs for future professions like AI engineering, cybersecurity, and digital game technologies to meet increasing demand. While 81 new programs were added in the last three years, 16 more new programs were included in this year's preference guide.
TÜBİTAK has opened its 2nd calls for 2026 under the Industrial R&D and SME R&D Initial Support Programs. Companies are offered a 75% support rate for their first five projects and grants up to 20 million TL.
A fully equipped National Technology Workshop is being established at Batman University in collaboration with TÜBİTAK, in line with the "National Technology Initiative" vision. This workshop will enable students to develop innovative projects.
