Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

As PROFSCODE, we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of all personal data belonging to all persons associated with PROFSCODE, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.

As a personal data owner, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

  • Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.
